1GENERAL INFORMATION
KartPrints ("we", "our", "us") operates an online store offering both custom-made and pre-made products including neon signs, LED boards, acrylic prints, nameplates, décor items, and accessories.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2PRODUCTS & SERVICES
2.1 Custom / Made-to-Order Products
- These products are created specifically based on your instructions (design, text, size, color, etc.).
- Minor variations in color, brightness, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature.
- Once design approval is given, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
2.2 Pre-Made / Ready Stock Products
- These are manufactured products that are ready to ship.
- Slight color differences may occur due to screen brightness and editing.
3PRICING & PAYMENTS
- All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (where applicable).
- Full payment is required for custom-made products before production begins.
- For COD orders, additional charges may apply.
4ORDER PROCESSING
4.1 Custom Products
- Production begins only after full payment and design approval.
- Any delay in approval from the customer will result in delayed delivery.
4.2 Pre-Made Products
- Orders are processed and shipped as per availability.
- Orders may be canceled if the product becomes unavailable due to stock issues.
5SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, weather, or festivals.
- KartPrints is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
- For lost shipments, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
6RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

6.1 Custom Products
- Non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Uncut unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
6.2 Pre-Made Products
- Returns accepted only in case of damage, defect, or wrong item.
- No returns for change of mind or minor variations.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
7CANCELLATION POLICY
- Custom orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of purchase.
- Pre-made products can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3–7 working days.
8INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All content on KartPrints.com—including designs, logos, images, text, product descriptions, artwork, and layouts—is the intellectual property of KartPrints.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Custom designs provided by customers remain the customer's responsibility; customers must ensure they hold rights to use uploaded content.
9CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information including name, shipping address, and custom design details.
- Approve design proofs carefully before confirming production.
- Ensure accessibility for delivery attempts.
- Provide proper and uninterrupted unboxing video for damage claims.
10LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Color/brightness variations due to screens
- Damage caused after installation or misuse
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order.
11WARRANTY
Electrical components (LED lights, adaptors, controllers) come with a limited warranty (typically 3–6 months depending on product).
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water exposure
- Mishandling
- Power fluctuations
12PRIVACY POLICY
We collect and use customer information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
13GOVERNING LAW
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts.
