Cancellation & Refund Policy

At KartPrints, our goal is to provide high-quality customized and pre-made products with a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for both product types.

1ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Includes: custom neon signs, LED logos, acrylic nameplates, personalized prints, etc.

  • Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Once design work has started or the order has moved into production, cancellation is not possible.
  • If cancellation is requested after design work begins, a design fee (₹300–₹800) may apply.
  • After design approval, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

1.2 Pre-Made / Ready Stock Products

Includes: pre-designed neon signs, décor items, ready-made prints, accessories, etc.

  • Cancellation allowed before the order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a 100% refund will be issued.

2RETURN POLICY

2.1 Custom / Personalized Products

Due to their unique nature, returns are not accepted unless the product is:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrect.

2.2 Pre-Made Products

Returns are allowed only if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The product received is defective or not functioning
  • The product delivered is significantly different from the listing

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations from screen to real product
  • Customer's personal dislike/change of mind
  • Wrong size or details provided by the customer

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an uncut unboxing video.

3REFUND POLICY

3.1 Custom Products

Refunds are issued only for genuine damage/defects.

After verification (video/photos), we offer:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Partial/full refund (case-based)

3.2 Pre-Made Products

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • If the return request is approved
  • If the product is unavailable and cannot be replaced
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.

4REPLACEMENTS

We offer free replacements for both custom and pre-made products when:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is incorrect
  • Product has a major defect

Replacement is initiated only after reviewing the submitted proof.

5RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

For approved return cases, we will arrange reverse pickup.

If pickup is not serviceable for your pincode, you may be asked to courier the product back; the shipping charges will be reimbursed.

6ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Custom Products

  • Changes allowed only before design approval.
  • After approval or production, modifications may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

Pre-Made Products

Modifications are not applicable. You may cancel before dispatch and reorder the correct item.

7TRANSIT DELAYS & LOST SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or uncontrollable circumstances.

If a package is lost in transit, we will issue:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a full refund.
