Thank you for shopping with KartPrints. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
1ORDER PROCESSING TIME
1.1 Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Includes: custom neon signs, acrylic nameplates, LED logos, wall art, personalized prints, etc.
- Production time ranges from 3–10 working days, depending on design complexity.
- Production begins only after:
- Full payment, and
- Customer approval of the final design (if applicable).
- Delays in design approval may extend the delivery timeline.
1.2 Pre-Made / Ready Stock Products
Includes: pre-designed neon signs, décor items, ready-made prints, accessories, etc.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability.
2SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- 3–7 working days for metro cities
- 5–10 working days for non-metro and remote areas
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Courier backlogs
- Festivals or holidays
- Weather issues
- Local restrictions
- Courier operational issues
KartPrints is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
3SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Some orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on ongoing offers or product category.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include additional charges.
4TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier website.
5PACKAGING & SAFETY
We ensure secure packaging for all products:
- Bubble wrap, foam sheets, corner protectors, and outer boxes for fragile items
- Reinforced packaging for neon signs and acrylic products
- Tamper-proof bags for smaller items
If the package appears tampered with, please record a video while opening it.
6DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If a package is reported lost in transit, we will:
- Investigate with the courier, and
- Provide a free replacement or full refund as applicable.
8INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International shipping charges vary based on country and weight.
- Customs duties/taxes are to be borne by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary from 10–20 working days.
9DELIVERY VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
For damage or defect claims, customers must provide:
- An uncut unboxing video,
- Clear photos/videos of the issue,
- Claim raised within 48 hours of delivery.
